Overview
As the Operations Analyst, you will act as a liaison and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-divisional business teams, TLG leadership, and travel advisors to support lead-generation intiatives within and across Travel Leaders Group. This position requires a mix of interpersonal, project management, and communication skills. You will work with team members and key business stakeholders to oversee and suport strategic and tactical lead-generation opportunities through:
Additionally, some Project Management and Business Analysis work will be required to support new and ongoing lead-generation projects. ***This position can work from home in most states, however, this position cannot be completed in the state of Colorado.***
Responsibilities
Program Operations
- Serve as a liaison between Technology and various business units within the Travel Leaders Group organization
- Work with cross-functional and cross-business teams to support lead/sales nuture of TLG lead generation platforms
- Support Agent Profiler integrations within the business, including coordination between Technology, Marketing, and key contacts within various business units
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings between Technology and the business
- Provide operation support on key applications within Travel Leaders
- Conduct training sessions for internal clients
- Resolve any Agent Profiler issues on behalf of key stakeholders
- Occasional creative writing opportunities around Agent Profiler features and supporting documentation
- Work on other Travel Leaders Group marketing program integrations as assigned
Project Management
- Work with the teams to set project and task timelines and priorities based on objectives
- Work cross-functionalty to define requirement specifications, provide design direction, and interact directly with technical teams to product deliverables
- Experienced communicating with and managing expectations/deliverables of senior leaders.
- Must be sociable and friendly with effective written and verbal communication skills with users of all backgrounds in a complex environment
Business Analysis
- Document program activities and team meetings with minutes and action plans
- Document business requirements related to program implementation and application support
- Document business process flows
- Maintain key processes with adherence to the SDLC (Agile / Iterative Methodology)
- Conduct simply QA testing of Agent Profiler enhancements prior to release
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a technology, marketing, or business emphasis, or equivalent work related experience
- 3-5 years of Marketing, Product Management, or Project Management experience
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently to research problems and identify/implement solutions
- Well-developed in the areas of planning, organizing, and prioritizing
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage small to medium-sized projects and initiatives from inception through completion
- Familiar with Microsoft suite of products (MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Desired but not required
- Background in ecommerce and web development
- Travel industry and/or sales support experience
