• High school diploma/GED
• 2+ years of experience
• An associate's degree in mechatronics/robotics
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner
• Able to set up, debug, and test packaging machines
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of how packaging machines work
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical problems and resolve
• Proficient in the use of personal computers

Responsibilities:

• Complete the assigned work within the current established guidelines.
• Ensure that assigned machines are constructed according to specifications, and that mechanical/electrical assembly documentation is maintained and accurate.
• Be willing to assist with the training of assembly employees at all levels.
• Complete the mechanical construction phase of the machine assembly.
• Communicate respectfully and effectively between departments to accomplish tasks related to project completion.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work environment, which includes the toolbox, test materials, carts, shop equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Be willing to travel to customer facilities when requested.
