Amplify Education is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team to oversee manufacturing, procurement and manage relationships with State Book Depositories. The ideal candidate is organized and responsible, with project management experience. We are seeking someone with a successful background in procurement, supplier management, data analysis and reporting.

Reporting to the Manager of Depository & Procurement Services, this role will lead manufacturing, procurement and several key processes for all physical materials for Amplify Education, Inc.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage product specifications, bills of materials and procurement of sample and pilot products from Amplify's preferred supplier base.

  • Enter and maintain Purchase Orders for manufacturing and assembly into ERP and attach all quotes and back-up correspondence.

  • Enter item receipts from suppliers and assist the Accounts Payable / Finance team with invoice reconciliation and audits.

  • Lead all aspects of sample manufacturing, inventory and distribution for major sales campaigns or events.

  • Work with Inventory Management to ensure stock levels are sufficient and to place replenishment manufacturing orders as necessary.

  • Liaise manufacturing supplier relationships and all open orders / work-in-process to confirm supply order schedules. Work with manager to ensure there are redundant manufacturing capabilities across the supply base.

  • Collaborate with manager on all new manufacturing projects including specification assignment, BOM creation, supplier selection, RFQ and submission of prototypes for approval.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to confirm quality standards are being met and resolve all defective product claims.

  • Assist with the management of State Depository relationships. Oversee inventory transfers to move physical goods from warehouse locations to Depositories and enter receipts.. Oversee the end-to-end Depository workflow and assist sales support with specific customer requirements..

  • Meet with Depository teams regularly and ensure inventory & Sale reports are received on schedule and distributed to appropriate team members.

  • Work with Amplify Accounts Receivable to confirm payments are received from depositories and align with depository-specific Opportunities in Sales Force and their corresponding Sales Orders in Netsuite.

  • Analyze data to identify problematic processes within the supply chain (supplier performance, internal relationships, team methodology, etc.) and suggest improvements.

  • Work with key partners to monitor and evaluate efficacy of solutions and iterate until desired outcomes are achieved.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience.

  • Demonstrated analytical, strategic and creative problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, contending priorities.

  • Professional experience effectively collaborating and communicating with internal and external partners.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace (ie Google Sheets)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply chain / Operations experience in education publishing or hands-on learning companies.

  • Experience proactively complete tasks without close supervision.

  • Enthusiastic about sharing findings and actionable insights.

  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems, notably Salesforce and NetSuite.

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $72,000- $82,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
