The National Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for building digital retail strategies and engagement among Stellantis's dealer body. The Digital Marketing Manager will provide dealers with digital assessments and plans of recommendations than can be used for strategic planning. Lead the business center's digital and social media strategy and consult with customers to align Tier 3 marketing initiatives to increase and enhance digital use. Educate dealers on use of digital media tools to generate local awareness to identify leads and drive traffic. Work with Business Center staff to optimize digital spending, as well as collaborate with marketing, sales and service and parts teams to coordinate retail strategies & initiatives.

Position will work closely with brands, to develop retail initiatives in support of brand, nameplate and monthly retail priorities.

Position will work closely with Marketing, Data & Analytic Teams to drive efficient media spend, measure demand and recommend and initiate corrective actions when opportunities are identified.

Position will work with Marketing, Brand, Incentive Teams to support monthly launch and retail incentive and communication execution.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of retail & digital marketing experience
  • Past leadership experience in a social media or digital marketing environment
  • Proven and substantive track record in formulating and driving marketing communications through digital engines targeting multiple audiences
  • Experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
  • Strong ability to measure retail demand, identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations and initiate solutions
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and writing skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO and website optimization
