The Role As the Corporate Counsel at Providence St. Joseph Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering legal services and advice under the guidance of the VP, Senior Corporate Counsel. You will exercise independence in addressing complex legal matters and support specific projects. Your responsibilities include providing legal consultation, conducting policy analysis, preparing written guidance for executive teams, and drafting contracts with a focus on physician and vendor agreements. Staying informed on relevant legal developments, you'll ensure timely responses to client needs while upholding high standards of legal support and compliance.
