The Opportunity: As our business continues to grow, we're opening a brandnew facility near Arlington, TX and we're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to help bring it to life. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a warehouse operation from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Materials Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing the team, setting the tone, and shaping the culture of our Arlington site from day one. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead and manage all warehouse-related activities (receiving, kitting, shipping/logistics, and warehouse management). This person will play a key role in creating a vision to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategic objectives.
