Responsible for development and promotion of the day-to-day activities of their assigned Hub within the Contact Center in the state of practice. Performs duties consistent with the established standards of practice, the goals of Mercy, adheres to the philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy and the Employee Code of Conduct. Minimum Requirements: Requirements: No corrective action or NI on performance evaluation. Completion of HR interview for level II. Excels at quality assurance screening performed by CCLT.
