Overview
EXCITING CREATIVE DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY Our client, an MEP building systems expert, is looking for a Creative Director who does more than just "oversee design"-they are seeking a visionary leader to define their aesthetic DNA and bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and world-class creative execution. As the Creative Director, you will be the primary architect of the brand. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, partnering with Communications, Multimedia, and Executive leadership to ensure our story is told with consistency, impact, and soul across every touchpoint. If you are a mentor at heart with a project manager's mind and a visionary's eye, you belong here.

- Executive Voice: Serve as the creative authority in major initiatives, providing visual storytelling for executive communications and board-level presentations.
2. Brand Stewardship
- Evolutionary Leadership: Own the integrity of the brand identity, evolving it to mirror the company's growth, including potential M&A activity and organizational shifts.
- Omnichannel Consistency: Ensure a seamless brand experience across digital, print, environmental, and experiential touchpoints.
- Standards & Guidelines: Oversee the development of all branded content, establishing the "Gold Standard" for creative excellence and brand guidelines.

- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Communications and Multimedia leaders to align on workflows, shared goals, and integrated campaign launches.
- Inspire Excellence: Provide the "creative spark" while maintaining the structure necessary for the team to thrive.
4. Creative Operations & Process
- Operational Excellence: Establish robust creative processes and approval structures that eliminate bottlenecks without stifling creativity.
- Resource Management: Partner with project management to balance workload planning, prioritize "big rock" initiatives, and manage day-to-day creative output.
Who You Are
- A Seasoned Leader: You have 15+ years of senior creative leadership experience with a background in design, visual communications, or art direction.
- A Master Storyteller: Your portfolio demonstrates a deep understanding of conceptual thinking and multichannel brand storytelling.
- A Strategic Influencer: You have the "soft skills" to present complex creative ideas to non-creative stakeholders and win them over.
- Operationally Minded: You don't just care about the what; you care about the how. You value structure, timelines, and efficiency.
- M&A Savvy: Experience navigating brand integration during mergers and acquisitions is a significant plus.
