Overview
Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO&I, the Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) organization is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud business. The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. The Strategic Engagement & Governance (SE&G) Team within EPC is seeking an individual to drive our third-party due diligence infrastructure within the CO+I datacenter business, focusing on third-party compliance, risk mitigation, outsourcing operational support, and AI/digital transformation initiatives. This position is pivotal in ensuring that strategic and preferred third parties meet all compliance requirements, leveraging advanced data analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance supplier monitoring and controls across a complex, global ecosystem. As a Sr. Business Program Manager, you willaccelerate our journey toward automated, data-driven, and AI-enhanced third-party risk management. This role will be instrumental in transforming our third-party vetting processes, leveraging advanced analytics and digital solutions to drive risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will partner with teams across CO+I, as well as other organizations within Microsoft including Business Operations, Corporate Procurement, Legal, Trade, and Third-Party Compliance Engineering to drive and incorporate best practices. You should understand the criticality of compliance to Microsoft's success and will ideally have experience with third-party monitoring and controls management across large and complex organizations. You are organized, self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, and robust communication skills to help drive compliance in a fast-paced and ambiguous organization. #COICareers and #EPCCareers Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
