The PowerPoint team is responsible for the design, implementation, and validation of the PowerPoint ecosystem of products and services, which includes our desktop clients and large-scale cloud services.We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help manage product roadmaps, cross-team risks and dependencies,planning and execution in a collaborative environment withmultipleteams working together. This is a high-visibility role that will give you the opportunity to make an impact across Experiences + Devices (E+D) and interact with the teams who build our most known Office productsand areinnovating onAI fronts.

Responsibilities
  • Support the key leaders for PowerPoint to drive towards quick ship timelines with a high-quality barforPowerPoint desktop clients and backend services.

  • Requires an interest in enhancing the PowerPoint Desktop platform and driving significant product improvements.

  • Drive preparation and workback schedules across multiplePowerPointDesktopteams for all executive reviews.

  • Deliver telemetry insights by gatheringcustomerusage dataand feedback, handlingdataqueries,identifyingpatterns,andinfluencing the roadmap with key customerdatainsights.

  • Drive end-to-end release readiness by managing bugs,leveragingdata for release decisions, improving processes, and providing backup support for the team as needed.

  • Ensure smooth operations across third-party add-ins, driver issues, and tenant management through data analysis and issue follow-up.

  • Make sure that related planning guidance and key sites/resources (i.e. SharePoint,Azure DevOps etc.) are maintained and updated on a regular basis.

  • Partner with key leadership stakeholderson special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND4+years' experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    • OR equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND5+years' experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    • OR equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects and execution

  • 2+ years ofexperience withenterprisesoftwareplatformsand ecosystems to drive cross-functional initiatives at scale.

  • 1+ year of experience creating and managing enterprise Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

  • 1+yearof experience with agile practices, at scale best practices and related tooling (i.e.Azure DevOps Boards for Backlogs).

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
