Job Title: Software Dev Engineer II. Location: Chicago, IL. Required Skills & Experience: 8 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer in enterprise-grade applications. Experience writing unit and integration tests. Proficient with React.js and building component-based frontend UIs. Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams on global delivery models. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, distributed team. Experience working with Git. Experience working production project with Python and TypeScript. Familiarity with CI/CD for cloud. Experience / Familiarity with GenAI Model Providers like Client Bedrock, OpenAI API, Databricks or related. Experience with Enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Experience with Enterprise Agentic AI Workflows. Backend (Python, Node.js TypeScript, backend experience has preference over frontend): Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and software design patterns. Use of frameworks like NextJS and Cypress. 5 years of experience with SQL queries (desirable PostgreSQL). Authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth). Error handling and data validation. Strong proficiency in TypeScript (with emphasis on backend development) and Python. Frontend (React TypeScript): Proven experience with React.js. Knowledge of webpackers such as Webpack and Babel.
