As our Subcontractor Compliance Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring subcontractors meet FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR requirements while spotting risks, improving processes, and keeping major programs running smoothly. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, guide compliance efforts, train teams, and turn complex rules into clear, workable solutions, all while making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.
