What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be the primary architect of trust for our global platform, owning the multi-year roadmap for IAM capabilities that directly enable enterprise adoption and protect the digital identities of millions of users worldwide. Key Exciting Responsibilities * Drive the product strategy for identity federation, including SAML 2.0 and OIDC integrations with major providers like Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace. * Lead the development of SCIM 2.0 support to automate user provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring robust sync reliability and security. * Define the evolution of the Organizations model, managing how complex enterprise hierarchies, delegated administration, and multi-tenant isolation function. * Partner with Engineering, Security, and Design to translate intricate enterprise requirements into elegant, scalable admin experiences and API contracts. * Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all identity features meet global standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Essential Skills & Experience * 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to IAM, developer infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS. * Deep technical fluency in identity protocols and standards including SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM 2.0, and LDAP. * Proven expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Active Directory integrations in a technical product capacity. * Strong ability to define multi-tenancy models and organizational hierarchies for B2B SaaS products. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical architecture for both IT administrators and executive stakeholders. Bonus Points For: * Experience working directly with identity providers like Okta or Google Workspace. * Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles or Privileged Access Management (PAM). * Professional security certifications such as CIAM or CISSP. * Prior experience scaling enterprise-grade IAM from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
