Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Phoenix, AZ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Ensure a timely flow of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, assemblies, or finished goods from external and internal suppliers.
  • Locates and expedites critical materials.
  • Review and monitor open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and stock inventory; maintain, update, and input material control data system or records, and verify reports for accuracy; adjust material counts when discrepancies are noted.
  • Represent the department in shipment status meetings and follow up to ensure commitments are met.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle.
  • Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
  • Provide input to management; schedules and interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production, and Engineering managers.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Spares Operations
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment in production and scheduling in support of both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate a high level of expertise in problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility for 24/7 coverage
