Here's what you'd do: Drive initiatives to reduce production errors, improve quality and increase productivity Adhere to production schedule, assigning personnel to work areas, monitoring progress, resolving line constraint problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries Work closely with purchasing, planning and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence Moderate the flow between production and shipping. Job Requirements Required skills: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical Aptitude using hand tools. Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP. Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, leadership, and time mgt. Preferred skills: Bachelor's Degree Minimum 2 years of experience in Assembly/Manufacturing environment. Proficiency in data collection and analysis. Able to interpret or learn to interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Experience with computer programming and/or database management. Experience with SAP or similar MRP system. Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Leadership.
