Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Grand Prairie, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Drive initiatives to reduce production errors, improve quality and increase productivity
  • Adhere to production schedule, assigning personnel to work areas, monitoring
  • progress, resolving line constraint problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries
  • Work closely with purchasing, planning and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence
  • Moderate the flow between production and shipping.
  • Liaison between Purchasing and planning
  • Manage production floor inventory

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $30-$35 / HR pay rate

Hours: 40 Hours per Week/1st Shift

Length: Temp to Direct (4 months)

Job Requirements

Required skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical Aptitude using hand tools.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, leadership, and time mgt.

Preferred skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Assembly/Manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Able to interpret or learn to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Experience with computer programming and/or database management.
  • Experience with SAP or similar MRP system.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Leadership.
