Job Description

This role sits within the Stablecoin Product team in the Commercial & Money Movement organization, driving the next generation ofstablecoin enabledproducts andcustomer propositions. The position focuses on shapinglong-termstrategy, exploring emerging opportunities across Web3 and digitalassets, and advancing innovation that fuels the future ofCommercial & Money Movementsolutions. As part of a highimpact teamoperatingat the intersection ofnewtechnologyand legacy operations, this role helps define how stablecoinscan transform customer experienceswithmoving money andunlocknew value for clients and partners.

Opportunity Assessment

  • Develop and own the CMS Web3/stablecoin innovation roadmap and backlog.

  • Identifyand lead discovery initiatives focused onfuture lookingopportunities across CMS.Shape initiatives arounduse casesidentifiedthrough independent researchand relationships withcustomers, sales, and industry partners.

  • Produce executive-friendlysummarize with recommendations on how to addressnew opportunities, including perspectives onoverallmarketopportunities, commercial models,revenue sizing,technicalflowsand feasibilityagainst a build/partner framework.

Proof of Concepts

  • Design proofs-of-concepts including success criteria and delivery plan.

  • Take aniterative, customer-centricapproach with customers and partners, such as by launching a formal co-design workstream.

  • Guideearlystageproduct experimentation, from ideation through validation.

  • Where needed,identifyand formpartnerships to generate insights,validateconcepts, and run test commercials.

  • Track and deliver innovation outcomes, including POC launches, patent filings, and engagement funnel growth.

Scalable Solution Design

  • Following delivery ofproofs ofconcept (POCs), evaluate performance andmanage transitions to domain experts for scaled execution.

  • Articulate commercial case against scaled execution balancing needed investment and time to revenue

Thought leadership

  • Facilitate high-impact presentations, group decisions andparticipateon panels covering innovationroadmaps and proofs-of-conceptsin internal and external forums

  • Feed into marketing and communications roadmap, including producing written thought leadership pieces, blog posts, and social media content

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, payments, fintech, or related fields.
  • Experience with B2B payments, stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, ormoney movementinfrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to drivecross functionalproduct development from0 1, including defining requirements, navigating ambiguity, and bringing new capabilities to market.
  • Proventrack recordof leadinggo-to-market executionacross regions and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills, with the ability to break down complex technical and regulatory concepts.
  • Excellent communication,executive levelstorytelling, andstakeholder managementabilities.
  • Experienceoperatinginfast paced, matrixed global organizations with multiplecrossfunctionalpartners (Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Regions).
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking withhandsondelivery and execution.
  • High degree of comfort with emerging technologies, experimentation, and navigating evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Deep familiarity with stablecoin mechanics (reserve models, custody, mint/burn flows, settlement models).
  • Experience working with wallet providers, stablecoin issuers, payment processors, or on/offramp partners.
  • Understanding of Visa, Visa Direct,andcommercial card ecosystems.
  • Experience designing or launching programmable money, tokenized value, orreal-timepayment solutions.
  • Prior ownership of commercialization orrevenue-drivingresponsibilities.
  • Ability to develop clear frameworks and prioritize acrossmultiregionalproduct demands.
  • Strong bias toward action, learning, and iteration inemerging techenvironments.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 146,200 to 233,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
