Schedule: After training, staff will be able to create their own schedule by "picking up" any open shifts.

Position Details

Our Mental Health Workers support individuals with mental and behavioral health diagnoses by promoting safety, stability, and personal growth in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting. They assist with daily living activities, follow treatment plans, and help create a supportive, recovery-focused environment. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and emotional support to residents in a structured, therapeutic environment
• Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
• Follow individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living space
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, quality care

Open positions in this county qualify for Pennsylvania's Behavioral Health Higher Education Program (BHHEP), which offers candidates meaningful financial and career-building benefits.
