In the Optum Insight Provider Market, we help providers optimize financial performance, enhance clinical decisions, and accelerate growth. The General Manager, Revenue Solutions, is charged with developing and executing on strategic and commercial plans to achieve above market growth by delivering AI enabled revenue solutions to provider clients in acute and ambulatory care settings. Spanning software and services, this role will enable faster, more accurate, and optimized revenue capture for client clinical services. This includes setting the agenda through planning cycles and ensuring execution of the annual and long range plans by orchestrating across Commercial, Product and Operations leaders. Champion and drive the end-to-end client experience, securing new business and customer renewals, converting that new business into revenue, and ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of customers. Responsible for financial performance of the business including delivering on over $800M annual revenue, achieving IOI targets, and driving profitable growth. Attainment of these business objectives will be achieved through leadership competencies and practices including operational excellence, being the voice of the market, the ability to scale the business, lead in a matrix environment and drive growth by collaborating across other divisions. Serves as a member of the Provider Market business senior leadership team and contributes to the overall success of the business to drive the business unit. The General Manager position requires an individual who understands how to get things done at Optum through influence by leveraging their extensive interpersonal and collaboration skills. In addition, you must have experience in strategic planning, execution, building relationships and working with executives at all levels. The General Manager will have strong critical thinking skills, demonstrated success in driving complex strategies, outstanding cross group organizational skills and agility, and effective communication skills (verbal and written). Additionally, the General Manager will have a proven track record of having run a large P&L, operations, product innovation, and revenue & profitability growth. You should also enjoy setting stretch goals and be flexible with the ability to tolerate and manage ambiguity and uncertainty. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The salary for this role will range from $225,000 to $375,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
