Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts from 3p-11:30p; Rotating on-call weekend.

Location: Henry Ford Jackson

Preferred experience: Minimum of 2 years inpatient hospital RN experience. Behavioral Health experience. Progressively more nursing leadership experience.

Henry Ford Jackson Hospital is a 420-bed, Magnet designated, Level II Trauma Center. Acute care services are complemented by more than 40 community-based outpatient service locations. GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Director / Nurse Manager, the Assistant Clinical Manager assumes both a clinical and management role. This position is responsible to plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department. The Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department. Also the Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.
