The Opportunity

Adobe's Content Operations team in Global Enterprise Marketing is seeking a skilled and self-starting Americas Content Operations Manager based in San Jose, CA. This valuable role offers the opportunity to build and streamline standard processes for content operations and internal communications across our dynamic marketing team. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Content Operations to ensure the smooth flow of work and implement innovative workflows and processes. This is your chance to be a key player in developing flawless content supply chains and helping Adobe maintain its competitive edge!

What you'll do
  • Continuously refine our regular planning process and Adobe Workfront/Workfront Planner instances. Recommend improvements based on inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Lead the implementation of approved process changes.
  • Standardize content production tracking and reporting frameworks. Update key leaders and team members on organization-wide content plans and status through regular touchpoints. Ensure a single source of truth for content plans.
  • Maintain clear documentation and process guides for the content production model, including standard operating procedures and how-to guides for tools and systems used in workflows.
  • Be a champion for content management guidelines throughout the organization through trainings, communications, and peer support.
  • Collaborate with business operations, global and regional content teams, campaign marketing, portfolio marketing, creative teams, web, and other teams to drive efficiencies and improve internal communication.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience in content management, content operations, content marketing, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to present complicated information in a clear and creative way!
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong operational, project management, and documentation skills
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, content supply chain, and the potential of AI for improving efficiencies in content operations
  • Adobe Workfront experience preferred
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $112,000 -- $215,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $215,100
In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $127,300 - $184,300
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $129,400 - $187,300

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
