Our Company We are seeking an experienced Director, Sales Transformation & Program Delivery to play a pivotal role in shaping Adobe's evolving go-to-market transformation strategy. This leader will serve as a transformation expert, enterprise program manager, and architect of our transformation/PMO operating model, driving our most complex, visible, and strategic initiatives. This individual will begin as an individual contributor operating at director scope, leading cross functional, functional, high programs while mentoring junior team members and establishing the standards that will guide how our Transformation Office scales. As the organization grows, this role is expected to expand into formal people leadership, owning a portfolio of transformation programs and developing a high-stakes program while mentoring junior team members and establishing the standards that will guide how our Transformation Office scales. In California, the pay range for this position is $225,100 - $325,900 In New York, the pay range for this position is $225,100 - $325,900 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
