About the role The Test Automation Engineer Lead is a handson technical leader responsible for guiding a small team of 2-3 automation engineers while driving the development of scalable, highquality test automation frameworks. This role works with minimal oversight and collaborates closely with business and technical partners to ensure reliable, highperforming system delivery and to advance automation maturity across the organization. Compensation Salary Range: $128,700 - $214,600 plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program. Who You Are:
