Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Associate Manager, PR & Partnerships! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Whatever your title, whatever your role - it always comes back to this: we're a farmer-owned co-op where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Three maverick farmers started it all - and we've been making our own way ever since.
Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our seaport location in Boston, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.
The Partnerships & PR Associate Manager will support how Ocean Spray earns attention, relevance, and social conversation through culture-driven partnerships and earned-first Public Relations (PR). This role shifts PR from a traditional press function to a socially fueled engine for cultural relevance, supporting product launches, event activations, brand storytelling, and long-term Ocean Spray fandom.
This role will aim to be a strategic connector across brand, social, influencer, and external partners. This role identifies and activates ideas that people want to talk about; ensuring Ocean Spray shows up in culture in ways that feel timely, modern, and true to the Masterbrand.

Partnerships & Cultural Activations
- Support the pitching and execution of external brand partnerships that drive cultural relevance and earn attention for Ocean Spray
- Help support the evaluation and development of new and current partnership opportunities that strengthen brand personality, support product priorities, and create cultural impact
- Ensure partnerships ladder up to Masterbrand strategy and/or campaign priorities
Creative & Cultural Strategy Stewardship
- Support the stewardship of Masterbrand creative across partnerships and PR activations
- Use PR and partnerships as tools for culture-hacking, not trend-chasing
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver fully integrated activations across social, influencer, experiential, retail, and paid (when needed)
- Stay deeply connected to cultural trends, creators, platforms, and emerging behaviors
- Proactively bring forward ideas that connect Ocean Spray to moments consumers care about
