The People Experience Business Analyst is a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, responsible for delivering a best-in-class employee experience across the full lifecycle. This role blends expertise in HR processes, analytics, and employee relations with a passion for culture, engagement, and operational excellence. The Consultant partners closely with frontline staff, managers, and the People Team to execute HR strategies, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in people practices.

This position follows a hybrid schedule which requires you to work on-site and/or in-office 4 days a week.

Primary Responsibilities:

Employee Experience & Advocacy

  • Act as trusted consultant to frontline leaders, influencing people initiatives and driving adoption of best practices using independent judgement and knowledge of company best practice
  • Advise employees and managers on complex HR policies and practices, interpret guidelines and make recommendations to resolve nuanced issues
  • Champion culture and engagement initiatives, facilitating focus groups, listening sessions, and community engagement activities to both understand and pivot initiatives as needed
  • Utilize information gathered from culture activities and knowledge of company/industry best practice to advocate for employee needs, escalating and resolving issues as appropriate

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Execute and support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including attraction, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, development, and offboarding
  • Provide coaching and performance management support to frontline leaders using HR best practices and company tools in partnership with COEs as appropriate
  • Analyze people metrics and reporting to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend actionable solutions to leadership for assigned areas

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, IT, Facilities) to ensure seamless HR service delivery
  • Participate in organizational design, communications planning, and business meetings to align people strategies with business objectives
  • Provide input on talent reviews, performance management, and labor relations strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant HR or related experience, with demonstrated proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and employee relations
  • Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools (e.g., dashboards, reporting platforms)
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
  • Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management and exposure to HR case handling

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
