The Technical Sourcer will play a critical role in supporting our high-volume recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging top technical talent for various roles within our organization.

Working closely with our Talent Partners, the Technical Sourcer will utilize creative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team dynamics for open positions.

* Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, online databases, social media, networking events) to identify potential candidates.

* Proactively source, screen, and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach, networking, and relationship-building.

* Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and alignment with job requirements.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing necessary logistical support.

* Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team to gather feedback, evaluate candidate fit, and facilitate the decision-making process.

* Assist in the development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.

* Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in technical sourcing and recruitment.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
