Position Summary

The Communications Project Coordinator provides project management and administrative support to the Advertising and Public Relations department.

This role is responsible for coordinating the execution and delivery of projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. To succeed, you will work independently, support the smooth completion of marketing and communications initiatives, meet deadlines, and reduce variables that impact deliverables.

Qualifications - This Position May Be for You If:
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of project management experience or PMP
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • You are organized, focused, and resultsoriented.
  • You are a problem-solver with strong critical thinking and prioritization skills.
  • You have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
  • Project management experience in a communications or related field.
  • Experience using Macintosh platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.


What to Expect DaytoDay:
  • Oversee daytoday project delivery, track progress, adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines, and coordinate the accurate and efficient completion of marketing and public relations projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Advertising and Public Relations department, thirdparty resources, and internal departments.
  • Generate targeted mailing lists, marketing campaigns, and related activities.
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials.
  • Create media kits for trade shows and industry events.
  • Communicate marketing updates to Company leadership and employees.

Estimated Minimum Rate:$55,000
