Use your operational credibility, capital project expertise, and digital fluency to architect investment strategies that justify large-scale technology adoption across the entire asset lifecycle. This position reports to our Field CXO team, reporting directly to our Chief Experience Officer and has the opportunity to work remotely from any U.S. location or be based in one of our U.S offices. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain peer-level relationships with owner-side C-Suite executives (CIO, COO, VP of Capital Projects) to serve as a trusted advisor based on shared operational experience.

  • Develop high-fidelity business cases and ROI models that translate owner-specific financial and operational goals into product-driven implementation strategies.

  • Consult on 3-5 year technology roadmaps for major capital programs, articulating how the Procore platform impacts KPIs like program predictability and portfolio risk.

  • Partner with Revenue and GTM teams to accelerate and de-risk "Must-Win" owner deals exceeding by validating the economic impact of the partnership.

  • Provide operational validation and architectural strategy across the entire capital program lifecycle, including program management, preconstruction, and closeout.

  • Translate complex owner-specific operational requirements into high-fidelity feedback and actionable insights for Product and Engineering leadership.

  • Identify emerging market trends such as AI, robotics, and capital strategies to help prioritize long-term R&D investments that solve owner pain points.

  • Recruit and manage strategic owners and developers to serve as beta and design partners for next-generation product initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with significant experience within owner or developer organizations.

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Executive role (e.g., COO, VP of Operations, VP of Capital Projects, or VP of Construction).

  • Deep expertise in program management, capital allocation, and risk management across diverse project portfolios.

  • Proven track record of evaluating, championing, or implementing enterprise-level construction technology (SaaS, ERP, or similar) for capital owners.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills required to engage confidently with industry peers and analysts by translating field realities into boardroom narratives.

  • Strong strategic vision with the ability to connect technology implementation to tangible business outcomes for institutional owners.

  • Extensive professional network capable of creating new Stage 3 opportunities within strategic owner and developer accounts.
