See What We're All About
As the fastest growing distributor of food service equipment parts, we like to do things a little differently. We believe our team should be like family. Not like a second cousin, twice removed, but more like the family you choose to be with every day. First, you must demonstrate our core values and keep safety as your #1 priority, that's key. But we're also looking for unique enthusiasm, high integrity, courage to embrace change...and if you know a few jokes, that puts you on the top of our list.
Do you have a genius-level knowledge of foodservice equipment parts? If not, no problem! We're more interested in passionate people with fresh ideas from different backgrounds. That's what keeps us at the top of our game. We're proud that our workplace has been recognized for its growth and innovation on the Inc. 5000 list, ten years in a row and the Crain's Fast 50 list six times.
If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, go above and beyond and put your ambition to work, all while having some fun, let's chat - Apply Today!

The Job at a Glance
Our SAP Solution / Application Architect is the visionary connector between business strategy and technical execution. In this role, you will design and own the end-to-end SAP application architecture that powers our rapidly scaling operations. You will lead the translation of complex business requirements into cohesive, scalable SAP solutions, collaborating across functional and technical teams to ensure our systems grow with us. While your primary lens is architectural, you will bring hands-on expertise across multiple SAP modules to guide solution design decisions that are both innovative and pragmatic.
A Typical Day
*Define and govern the overall SAP solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards, business goals, and long-term scalability.
*Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to translate high-level requirements into architecture blueprints, solution designs, and roadmaps.
*Lead architecture design sessions and solution workshops, driving decisions on system integration, data flows, and module interactions across SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, GTS, and adjacent platforms.
*Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the adoption of new SAP capabilities including S/4HANA, BTP, and cloud-native extensions.
*Author and maintain architecture artifacts including Solution Architecture Documents, Integration Architecture Diagrams, Functional and Technical Design Documents, and ADRs (Architecture Decision Records).
*Serve as the technical authority and escalation point for SAP delivery teams, providing architectural guidance to engineers, configurators, and ABAP developers.
*Identify and address architectural risks, technical debt, and opportunities for process optimization across the SAP landscape.
*Collaborate with external partners, system integrators, and SAP representatives to ensure solutions meet best practices and licensing considerations.
