PositionSummary:
TheWarehouseSystemSupportwillsupporttheautomatedDC and supportallfunctionsrelatedtoOracle'sCloud-basedWarehouseManagementSystem(WMS).Thispositionwillwork withallmembersoftheteamonsupportingthedaytodayneedsoftheWMSsystemintheDC.Thispositionwillbecomeanexpertofthesystemtotrainkeyusersandprovideguidanceonsystemconfiguration,processandlayoutdesign.TheWarehouseSystemSupportwillactastheliaisonfromtheoperationsteamandtheITHelpdesk.
Key JobResponsibilities:
  • FulfillroleofWMSknowledgeexpertforwarehousemanagementsystemfromrequirementsgathering/analysisthroughdailyoperations
  • Runwavestosupportflowofthebuilding
  • Performinventorycountsandreconciliationprocesses
  • Troubleshootdaytodayissues
  • Participateinintegrationmeetingswithtechnicalteamstohelpdeterminespecificationsrelativetointegrationmappingandproductconfiguration.
  • Assistin rolloutoftestplans, data, andcyclestoensurethatallrequirementsidentifiedintherequirementsgatheringphasewillbevalidated.
  • Provideguidance, and training/knowledgetransfertoateamensuringstabilityoftheDCduringand afterinitialdeployment.
  • Participateinon-siteimplementationandcustomerinteractiontoensuredeliveryofbusinessrequirements.
  • Ensurethatappropriatetools/processesareleveraged, andeffectivecommunicationand supportisprovidedthroughouttheprocess.
  • Documentanynewapplicablefunctionalrequirementsasnecessaryforenhancementstocoreproductstomeetscopeofproposedsolution.
  • Createandupdatetrainingmaterialsasneeded.
  • Train and mentorteamassociatesonsolutionsandbestpracticeofimplementationsandcontinuousimprovement.
  • Helpdefine, monitor andanalyzeWMS Key PerformanceIndicators(KPIs).
  • Otherdutiesasassigned.
Educationand WorkHistory:
  • AssociatesdegreeorITbackgroundrequired,Bachelor'sDegreeinSupplyChainManagement (SCM),Warehousing,Logistics, Businessorrelatedfieldpreferred.
  • Five (5)ormoreyearsofexperienceinwarehousingoperationsorwarehousingsystemsimplementation.
  • Two(2)toFour(4)years'experienceutilizingamajorWMSplatform; Oraclepreferred.
  • GUIorWebDesignconfigurationexperienceisa plus.
  • ExposureandknowledgeofallfacetsofSupplyChainoperations.
  • KnowledgeofFDA and OSHAregulationsishelpful.
