TITLE: Administrative Coordinator A
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Administrative Coordinator provides cross-functional administrative, inventory, quality, and training support to Extrusion and Conversion Supervisors. This role serves as a key liaison between production, quality, and management by coordinating inventory accuracy, training documentation, quality activities, and operational reporting to support safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe Illustrator
- Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required

- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform cycle counts for Extrusion and Conversion Work-In-Process (WIP).
- Reconcile physical counts against IBS system records.
- Identify, investigate, and report inventory variances.
- Research production and inventory data using IBS to support operational reporting.
- Support QC function through one-on-one training initiatives.
- Create, update, and maintain training documentation and materials.
- Implement training programs and track completion and effectiveness.
- Report training progress and gaps to supervisors and management.
- Assist with Product Qualification reviews.
- Verify adherence to QC specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete quality documentation.
- Perform quality inspections for R&D and trial products as required.
- Support continuous improvement through quality data and documentation.
- Maintain disciplinary documentation, reviews, and filing in accordance with company policy.
- File, and maintain Standard Operating Condition (SOC) documentation.
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports for Extrusion and Conversion departments.
- Provide administrative coordination and documentation support to supervisors.
- Organize and support production safety initiatives, including safety pep rallies.
- Assist with safety documentation review and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate and support 5S efforts within Extrusion to drive process improvements and workplace organization.
- Follow prescribed Safety rules and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, directed or in accordance with designated responsibilities.
