As a Sr. Project Manager - Transportation & TDM, you'll be at the heart of this transformation-leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our campus mobility ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end management of campus parking and valet operations for multiple sites
- Oversee shuttle program strategy, route planning, vendor coordination, and performance optimization
- Design and scale sustainable commuter programs, including bike initiatives, carpool, and vanpool incentives
- Manage commuter benefits and subsidies (e.g., transit passes, EV charging) to drive participation and equity
- Conduct data analysis and forecasting to measure program impact and support executive decision-making
- Identify operational gaps and lead innovation to improve efficiency, user experience, and sustainability
- Collaborate across teams on workplace events and initiatives that strengthen culture and engagement
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in transportation, TDM (Travel Demand Management), or related field
- Proven track record in parking and valet operations and site-level mobility management
- Experience with shuttle program planning, route optimization, and implementation
- Hands-on knowledge of alternative transportation modes (biking, carpool, vanpool, transit)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills-able to translate metrics into actionable insights
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for executive presentations
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects independently and in collaboration

Expected Compensation
$76,000 - $246,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
