We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Supply Chain Intern to join our dynamic Supply Chain team from May 26- July 31, 2026. The Supply Chain Intern will support day-to-day supply chain and operations activities, gaining hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and data analysis. This role is ideal for a student eager to learn how products move from suppliers to customers efficiently and cost-effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with demand planning, inventory tracking, and supply chain reporting.
- Support procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier communication.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Help coordinate logistics and transportation schedules.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and production.
- Prepare reports and presentations for supply chain metrics and KPI
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus)
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Specific activities
- Develop dashboards to monitor inventory health, supplier performance, and forecast accuracy
- Perform in-depth forecast analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Map process flows and identify bottlenecks within the S&OP cycle
- Refresh ABC classification at the SKU level to optimize inventory segmentation
- Assess lead time variability to improve planning accuracy and supplier performance
- Review safety stock levels and lead time parameters to ensure optimal inventory control
- Create inbound shipment and freight dashboards to enhance logistics visibility
- Classify C, D, and E category items and support obsolescence planning initiatives
