We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Supply Chain Intern to join our dynamic Supply Chain team from May 26- July 31, 2026. The Supply Chain Intern will support day-to-day supply chain and operations activities, gaining hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and data analysis. This role is ideal for a student eager to learn how products move from suppliers to customers efficiently and cost-effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with demand planning, inventory tracking, and supply chain reporting.
  • Support procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier communication.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Help coordinate logistics and transportation schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and production.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for supply chain metrics and KPI

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus)
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Specific activities

  • Develop dashboards to monitor inventory health, supplier performance, and forecast accuracy
  • Perform in-depth forecast analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Map process flows and identify bottlenecks within the S&OP cycle
  • Refresh ABC classification at the SKU level to optimize inventory segmentation
  • Assess lead time variability to improve planning accuracy and supplier performance
  • Review safety stock levels and lead time parameters to ensure optimal inventory control
  • Create inbound shipment and freight dashboards to enhance logistics visibility
  • Classify C, D, and E category items and support obsolescence planning initiatives
