Fort Bragg, North Carolina ATS is looking for a qualified Supply Clerk to support the Special Operations Mission Training Center Facility at Fort Bragg, NC. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day supply and clerical support for the Special Operations Mission Training Center, ensuring accurate receipt, issue, storage, and tracking of materials and equipment.
- Execute supply transactions using GCSS-Army (GCSS-A), including data entry, documentation, record updates, and inventory tracking in accordance with Army supply regulations and procedures.
- Maintain supply records and accountability documentation, including hand receipts, inventory logs, files, and supporting documentation required for audits and inspections.
- Support inventory management activities, including cyclic inventories, spot checks, reconciliation of discrepancies, and reporting of shortages, damages, or losses.
- Coordinate material handling and distribution, ensuring timely delivery, proper storage, and secure handling of government property and sensitive items.
- Provide customer-facing supply support, responding to requests from supported personnel, communicating supply status, and maintaining professional service standards.
- Safeguard sensitive and classified materials and information, performing duties in compliance with Secret clearance requirements and applicable security policies.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma.
- Five years of experience in one of the following positions: material recording clerk, production clerk, stock clerk, material and product inspector, or military automated logistical specialist.
- Basic computer skills. Clerical skills such as typing, filing, and record keeping.
- Communication skills.
- One year of experience using Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A).

Personnel work closely with military leadership, government representatives, contractors, and visiting units, often in a dynamic environment with frequent schedule changes, after-hours requirements, and surge operations. The position requires strict adherence to Army physical security policies, discretion when handling sensitive information, constant attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset while operating within controlled access areas and under Secret-level security clearance requirements.
