Our Summer Internship Program An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. This Opportunity The US Deployment Solutions Client Services team is seeking a summer intern to join us to work on improving our internal communications. In this role you will work closely with the SVP Commercial Operations This summer, the CS team will welcome an intern to support the design, training, and implementation of a new Ways of Working (WOW) framework for our top accounts. Our WoW document will provide a standard operational blueprint that will be implemented across all accounts. Its purpose is to create clarity, consistency, and alignment between Client Services, crossfunctional partners, and our clients. Each WoW document provides a concise, topline summary of how an account operates and what "good" looks like.
This initiative is a highvisibility, crossfunctional effort that will shape how we collaborate with clients and drive consistency across our most strategic relationships.

We are seeking someone who is interested in a challenge! Our summer project is run by three "Type A" senior leaders who have high expectations but love to make challenging projects fun. We need someone who has an inquisitive mind, is not easily intimidated, likes asking questions, is a skilled writer, and while we will provide significant guidance and air cover - you need to be able to work independently.

We take our summer internship program seriously, and interns receive frequent, actionable feedback designed to help them grow quickly. Because of this, we're looking for someone who is open to coaching, eager to learn, and energized by working closely with others. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, responds well to constructive input, and sees feedback as an opportunity to elevate their work. Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall '26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 18, 2026 to August 7, 2026 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week). The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate's semesters completed in school.
