What You Will Get To Do:
What You Will Bring: This role is responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional client relationships while leading support and service activities for retail transfer agency products, with a focus on retail alternatives. The position partners closely with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure both tactical execution and strategic objectives are met at the highest level of satisfaction. The role also contributes to product adoption, contract negotiations, and long-term growth initiatives, while operating as a senior leader with broad operational responsibility and strategic influence. Salary/wage rate is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. The expected base salary for the position in MA is between $100,000 USD to $195,000 USD.
