**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic marketing leader to define and execute strategies that accelerate the growth of health services. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling cross-business unit experiences that guide new and existing customers toward a comprehensive suite of health offerings. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs, translating a clear digital and marketing vision into tactical execution, all while operating with a data-driven, consumer-centric, and entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly contribute to making healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable for everyone.

**What You'll Do**

* Lead the strategic development and integration of marketing campaigns across various lines of business to maximize value through digital and physical properties.

* Utilize analytics to forecast performance, measure marketing channel effectiveness, and support optimization efforts to achieve desired results.

* Manage the day-to-day execution of end-to-end marketing campaign deliverables, including creative briefing, journey mapping, segmentation, testing strategies, and campaign delivery.

* Introduce innovative ideas to enhance customer value through new channels, experiences, partnerships, or activations, driving enterprise growth goals.

* Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders across marketing, media, digital, business teams, analytics, creative & design, legal, and transformation departments.

**What You'll Bring**

* 4+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in business, retail, and consumer understanding.

* 4+ years of retail marketing or digital marketing/strategy experience.

* 1+ years of cross-functional leadership experience.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience).

* A talent for thriving under pressure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, adept at balancing diverse business needs.

* Strong knowledge of digital tools, marketing technology, and tactical approaches.

* Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to establish measurement systems and dashboard reporting.

* The capability to analyze large datasets and distill insights into actionable marketing strategies.

* Experience in developing segmentation and marketing strategies based on data and insights.

* Ability to influence critical business outcomes within a large, matrixed enterprise environment.

* An independent, self-starting attitude with a proven track record of providing thought leadership.

* Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Bonus Points**

* Experience with analytics platforms, particularly for parsing data from existing dashboards for performance readouts.

* Proven strong management skills, demonstrating an ability to hit the ground running.

* Experience in healthcare marketing management.

* Comfortable working on 360 campaigns from start to finish.

* Comfortable working EST hours.

* Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace for remote collaboration.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37 to $42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
