Flex Security Officer - Columbia, MO Part-Time | $18.50/hr | Variable Hours | Veteran Friendly Overview Flex Security Officers fill staffing gaps, including call-offs and PTO, at multiple client sites. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and assignments. --- Responsibilities * Fill open shifts at various sites, including days, evenings, and overnights. * Perform standard security duties such as patrols, access control, and monitoring. * Follow site post orders with minimal training. * Respond to incidents and complete all required reports. --- Schedule * Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * This is a part-time position with variable hours, which may increase based on operational needs. --- Qualifications * 18 years of age or older * At least two years of security experience required. * Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record required. * Reliable transportation * Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. * Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems. * Able to work independently with minimal supervision required. --- Veteran Friendly We proudly support and encourage applications from military veterans and transitioning service members.
