Fidelity Technology Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fidelity Technologies Corporation is seeking a Site Manager (SM) to support Aviation Simulation systems.

SM Qualifications:

Maintenance capability shall at a minimum:


  1. Encompass the DOL SCA Directory of Occupations category 23183 skills and capability.
  2. Demonstrate competence through satisfactory progressive performance as a Simulator Technician II.
  3. Minimum experience shall be exclusive of formalized training and include six years simulator maintenance of which two years demonstrate complex maintenance equivalent to all major areas of trainers described in the task order.
  4. At a minimum, meet the IAT requirements with an A+ Certification or equivalent and maintain minimum training requirements as identified in DoD 8570 series.
  5. Shall be a graduate from a two-year resident Electronics Technician course at an accredited technical institute, or complete factory/formal training on the devices named in the task order. With Government concurrence, equivalent simulator maintenance experience and education may be substituted, provided it is comparable to simulators, training devices and systems listed in the task order.



SM Responsibilities:

Site performance, ensuring proper communication between the Contractor and Government personnel and should be readily available to the COR any time. The preponderance of the SM's working hours shall be dedicated to managing his/her site. The SM shall not be routinely scheduled to perform preventative or cyber maintenance actions or simulator operation but is expected to provide technical expertise in special situations that require advanced technical skills and knowledge. The SM shall not also be assigned as a SS (unless otherwise stated in a site specific appendix). The SM shall have five years of management experience in which two years shall be management of electronic maintenance and shall meet the qualifications of a Shift Supervisor (SS) below. Site specific requirements are provided in site specific Appendices and may be tailored to meet the government's requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Ensures simulators and training devices are in a fully operational condition and ready for training at the scheduled CTT
  • Ensures operations personnel are trained to fully exploit the capabilities of the simulators and training devices as applicable
  • Ensures the inventory is maintained and replacement parts are ordered timely
  • Solicit user feedback on trainer readiness, simulator/training device quality and staff capability
  • Shall meet daily, at a minimum, with the COR(s) to discuss:


  • Trainer Comment/Utilization Forms (TCUF) - A joint review of the previous day's comment forms. These forms should be signed by both COR and SM to indicate that they have been reviewed.
  • Maintenance Action Forms (MAF) - Review of each MAF generated during the previous day, to include status and anticipated date of closure.
  • Simulator and Training Device Status Report (TDSR) - This report should identify all known problems with each simulator and training device, and the mission capability for each device.


  • Ensure CDRL submissions are accurate and timely.
