Description and Requirements The OEM Services Integration Manager drives revenue growth and service adoption across OEM partnerships in North America by embedding Lenovo Services into hardware and solution opportunities. This role combines services subject-matter expertise, structured program execution, and cross-functional leadership to ensure Lenovo Services are effectively positioned, integrated, and delivered within OEM engagements. The successful candidate translates complex or ambiguous customer requirements into scalable service solutions, clear execution plans, and measurable business outcomes. The position operates at the intersection of Sales, Services, Engineering, and Operations, acting as a key enabler for increasing services penetration, attach rates, and customer value. Why This Role Matters? This position plays a critical role in expanding Lenovo's Services business by ensuring services are fully integrated into OEM solutions, improving customer experience while accelerating services-led revenue growth across North America.
