Here's what we're looking for.

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is a plus.
• Detail-driven with accurate data entry skills.
• Excel skills and comfort with office software.
• Strong organizational habits and ability to prioritize.
• Trustworthy and committed to confidentiality.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in the transportation/warehousing industry preferred.
• Experience with AS400 application preferred

What You'll Do:

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer and shipment records
• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Generate invoices, delivery receipts, and process billing transactions
• Report and process billing adjustments as needed
• Coordinate daily pick-ups and schedule store deliveries
• Manifest consolidated truckloads and support dispatch operations
• Resolve customer complaints via phone or email promptly
• Assist with dispatch inquiries, account questions, and general service requests
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, cooperation, and adaptability with colleagues and clients
