What You'll Bring :

• High school diploma or GED required; college a plus
• 2+ years of warehouse management (food industry preferred)
• Familiar with safety, inventory, and warehouse systems
• Comfortable with WMS and basic computer tasks
• Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping daily
• Manage people, schedules, and performance
• Track accuracy, on-time shipments, and workflow
• Train and motivate staff to succeed

What You'll Do:

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using WMS and ERP systems.
• Monitor material flow to support production schedules and prevent delays.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff; assign tasks and manage performance.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage labor resources to meet operational demands.

Shipping & Receiving

• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping or receiving issues.
• Validate documentation including BOLs, packing slips, and receiving reports.

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct regular safety checks, and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Oversee proper handling and storage of materials in alignment with facility standards.
