1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

• High school diploma or GE
• 3+ years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience
• Comfortable working on the production floor
• Ability to read basic work instructions or prints
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs.
• Dependable team player who takes pride in a job done right

On the Floor, Every Shift

Inspect parts and finished products throughout the production process. Perform visual inspections and measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other tools. Pull samples from production lines for quality checks. Identify defects, damaged materials, or out-of-spec parts. Stop or report production issues when quality standards are not met. Record inspection results and complete quality documentation. Work alongside machine operators and supervisors to resolve quality concerns. Verify proper labeling, packaging, and product specifications. Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
