Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Here's what we're looking for.

• Previous construction/fabrication experience
• Computer savvy
• Steel-toes
• Read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and work orders
• Set up welding machines (MIG, TIG, Stick, FCAW, etc.)
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, beveling, and cleaning surfaces
• Weld components in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead)
• Inspect welds for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications
• Perform repairs on damaged or cracked metal structures
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe operation
• Follow safety procedures, including PPE and fireprevention practices
• Read fabrication drawings and determine material requirements
• Measure, mark, and layout metal components
• Cut materials using saws, torches, plasma cutters, or CNC equipment
• Bend, roll, or shape metal using presses and forming tools
• Fit and tackweld components before final welding
• Assemble frames, brackets, platforms, tanks, and custom structures
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools
• Collaborate with welders and fitters to complete assemblies
