Minimum Education and Experience	Ph.D. degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	Nanosecond and femtosecond laser operation, gas-phase spectroscopy, plasma and flame synthesis of nanomaterials, laser ablation synthesis of nanomaterials. Expert in building scientific apparatus
Preferred Qualifications	candidate must have Ph.D. degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering
