Job Description

Client Support Services partners with issuers, acquirers, and processors to deliver Visa DPS's support model. Thissenior level roleleads new client implementations and complex conversion projects while serving as the primary point of coordination between customers and internal Visa DPS teams.

  • Lead endtoend implementation project management for clients converting from competing processors to the Visa DPS platform.
  • Manage multiple complex projects concurrently, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and DPS support teams, representing client system and operational requirements internally.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource requirements, milestones, deliverables, and executivelevel status reporting.
  • Identify, track, and resolve internal and external issues through completion.
  • Assess business and technical impacts of project requirements and communicate effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and facilitate client meetings, working sessions, and conference calls.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, using established policies and procedures with minimal management oversight.
  • Provide direction to Implementation Consultants on complex engagements and offer guidance to associates as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Minimum 8 years project management experience is required.
  • Thorough knowledge of the EFT industry is preferred.
  • Has depth of knowledge and technical aptitude to perform complex responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Effective time management, planning, organizational, and logical problem solving skills required.
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities at once and re-prioritize tasks with minimal involvement from management.
  • Ability to comprehend technical information and apply it to the job.
  • P.C. proficiency is required.
  • Extensive travel may be required
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 127,300.00 to 204,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
