Breakfast Buffet Attendant/Busser

Required Skills & Abilities:

-Buffet attendance experience highly preferred

-Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a sometimes fast-paced environment

-Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written

-Stand, walk for eight (8) hours

-Carry/lift at least 25 pounds, push/pull at least 15 pounds

-Food handler certification

-Flexible availability to work AM shifts weekdays, holidays and weekends

Job Description:

-Set up breakfast buffet and assist servers with table settings

-Quality check food items before replenishing buffet to ensure presentation is appetizing to meet guest's expectations

-Maintain cleanliness of buffet, buffet area, buffet storage and server station area

-Assist servers with bussing tables, cleaning restaurant, performing side work and general cleaning tasks as needed

-Engage with customers and help provide a friendly and enjoyable breakfast experience
