Job Details: Job Summary: The Director of Business Performance & Operations is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the ITS business operates with discipline, visibility, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Revenue Operations & Performance Visibility - Coordinate revenue operating processes including pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and revenue conversion Business Operating Cadence - Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR) Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Coordination - Act as primary interface with ISC Strategic Planning & Execution Tracking - Support planning cycles Cross-Functional Coordination - Align Sales, Product, Engineering, ISC, and Finance Cost Excellence Leadership (FORCE Program) - Lead FORCE program across product, manufacturing, and SG&A Role Scope This role ensures performance transparency, coordinated execution, and delivery of key initiatives without replacing functional ownership or P&L accountability. Cubic Pay Range: $140,630.00 - $261,170.00* + benefits.*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
