Description Leidos is seeking a proactive, forward leaning, detail-oriented curriculum domain leader with Leidos Program Execution (PE) and Program Management (PM) experience to operate as an essential SME for the development of the brand-new PM Pathways curriculum that will serve future, early career, mid-level and senior PMs across all Leidos programs. This role sits within Enterprise Program Execution on the PM Advancement and Analytics team which oversees PM Tools, Training and Smart Data. The curriculum domain expert will be responsible for the end-to-end objective development, storyboarding and working to ensure content excellence across our 10 essential program management themes for PM Pathways: Cost, Technical/Scope, Schedule, Program Planning & Team Building, Proposals, On-Contract Growth, Change Management, Transition Management, Customers/Stakeholders, and Soft Skills. These themes will be transformed into courses for all 3 of the tiers of PM Pathways, leveraging all existing PE course content and the experience expected from this role. Although we don't expect you to have perfect domain expertise in all these areas, you will need to have the skills and depth across the business, for reach-back to other PE and functional leaders on fine tuning content objectives and driving consensus.You will be expected to lead on strong engagement with the small team rolling out PM Pathways and accountable to the Sr Director.You will also be expected to ensure content dovetails with the mentoring program, the participant practicum, and the detailed mentoring plan to ensure value for the participants, mentors and the business. Additionally, you will be responsible for some training that must be seamlessly joined up with the curriculum and practicum as well as collaboration with the live-training coordinator.The position will also be consulted on comms and all aspects of the program; a commitment to continuous improvement is expected and essential across the PM Pathways Initiative.
