Drive the adoption of ServiceNow NOW Assist and Gemini Enterprise to build autonomous agents that resolve complex user requests without human intervention.
  • Operational Command: Lead the 24/7/365 EUC function, ensuring absolute stability for the enterprise's communication and collaboration backbone. Maintain "always-on" availability and rapid incident resolution for a global workforce.
  • Vendor & Financial Governance: Actively manage the large-scale Managed Services ecosystem (250+ partner resources). Enforce strict SLA performance, drive cost efficiency through "Shift-Left" strategies, and manage the P&L for hardware assets and software licensing.
  • Process Transformation Teams: Direct a specialized team of Managers and Architects to look for automation opportunities within corporate functions (HCM, Payroll, Learning, Scheduling, VMS etc.). Translate manual operational bottlenecks into automated, agentic workflows.
  • Security & Compliance: Partner with InfoSec to ensure the modern workspace is "Secure by Design," managing the delicate balance between frictionless user experience (Zero Touch Provisioning) and enterprise-grade security (Zero Trust/Identity Management).
  • Talent Development: Build a dual-threat organization: mentoring operational experts to sustain excellence while recruiting and developing "Automation Architects" capable of leveraging Generative AI platforms to reinvent service delivery.
