We're actively seeking an Annuity Illustrations Manager to join our illustration development team. This role is hybrid working from Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. We will consider relocating the right candidate.

As the Annuity Illustrations Manager, you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by leading a team that drives illustration, calculator and 3rd Party vendor relationships. You will fill a new role that sits in a team of 5 people in the Consumer Markets division. Your colleagues will include fellow product, sales, marketing, and technology professionals.

As an Annuity Illustrations Manager you will be responsible for driving the accuracy, compliance, and evolution of Pacific Life's illustration ecosystem. This role provides direction on illustration strategy, oversees endtoend project delivery, and cultivates strong partnerships with thirdparty vendors to ensure highquality, reliable illustration and rate applications. The leader in this role guides the team in crossfunctional collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and plays a key role in shaping illustration/calculator support for new product development and ongoing enhancements.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Provide oversight to ensure the team effectively manages illustration project timelines and delivers on commitments that align with business objectives.

  • Lead the team serving as the liaison to thirdparty illustration vendors, ensuring strong partnerships and effective collaboration with the Illustration Development team and other business partners to enhance capabilities and resolve issues.

  • Oversee the team's facilitation of crossfunctional meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define illustration requirements that support new product development and enhancements.

  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and SMEs, ensuring the team continuously monitors progress and delivers an optimal user experience aligned with our strategic sales goals.

The experience you bring:

  • 8+ years in annuity insurance illustration systems, with strong project management experience and deep product knowledge.

  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Led and developed highperforming teams to achieve strong business outcomes

  • Advanced knowledge of Hexure ForeSight & FireLight annuity illustration platforms.

  • Advanced knowledge of Annuity products.

  • Advanced knowledge of platforms used by Broker Dealers and Advisors including iCapital, FIDx & LUMA.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to drive accountability and lead projects.

  • Customer Oriented.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and JIRA.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$152,010.00 - $185,790.00
